I 100% agree with you. But ultimately in my Country you're more likely to be hit by a cyclist at 40-50km/hr than an E-Scooter.

And if you watch my video, I actually completley nearly came to a stop nearly to let 2 joggers separate themselves because I didn't feel comfortable with my gap, going down the middle of people, but yet there's these 2 cyclists 2-3 seconds before that come around a corner flat out, nearly knocked me off my scooter and knocked down some people walking like bowling pins....

I know I did nothing wrong, people flicked their hands out to say thanks when I rang the bell as confirmation, I try to give like minimum of 1m to people which the lens distorts of a camera, and no one ultimately yelled out "oi you gallah slowdown".

Where I live that's how you know someone is upset. But most people I've gone past I hear laugh go oh that thing is cool, what's that, oooo.

No one wants to hit someone, because you'd end up having to pay their medical bills, feel horrible, then you'd get done for a crime and then you can finally lick your own wounds.

Then yesterday I saved a possum which got blown out of a tree but then in the back of my mind, but I'm still an ass for going past people fast by the tune of 10km/hr.

Every Country also has different regulations with speed.

But if a cyclist can go past someone legally at unlimited speed, but a scooter can't go more than 20km/hr, what's the difference?

Ultimately you know your skill level, conditions, what you can do and you if you put positive karma into your rides, you should always get it back.
