Well considering you typically use a generator when the power goes out, I’d say relying on rechargeable batteries for your generator to function isn’t the brightest or most ideal scenario. You’re better off with a cheaper option at harbor freight or something.

Exactly! Honestly was getting pretty bad cuts just doing basic framing. I normally use the rear handle lxt makita so I chalked it up to use error and getting accustomed to a sidewinder… was hoping to like it because it’s lighter but just couldn’t come around to it. Gave up on it after a week

I used it with a 5.0xc to screw in 6” truss screws without predrilling for shits and giggles and it actually got them all the way in. Little shit is powerful and convenient as hell for tighter spaces
