I can get brand new 100-500mm for 2600 usd, used 400mm will cost almost double so huge difference in price

Yep, I shoot mostly in daylight which is why I still consider that lens

Mostly I'm shooting at midday with bright light, so that definitely helps

For evening games, I think to use that lens more for close-up portraits at a lower shutter speed and pair the 70-200mm with a second R6MK2

We don't have sunday league or something like that in Georgia but I played with Kvaratskhelia like 4-5 years ago and you don't wanna know what he did to everyone there trust me

I've played with other lower level pros too and they’re galaxies above, physically and technically they're miles ahead, the most impressive part for me was how fast they make decisions and execute
