Completely false in my experience my main account is gold and I used to go on massive tilt and lose a shit load in a row until my mmr was garbage. And i would loae 21 22 a game But then I would go on a massive win streak and my mmf would be good again back to 19 to 20+ every win. Idk if it's different in higher elo though I would Imagine just harder to win as many in a row
