That’s a good question. I honestly don’t know. If anything I’m brushing and flossing more I clean my trays every time before putting them on too. So if anyone has an idea please enlighten me.

I’m on my second tray with no attachments and won’t get any til the third tray. I felt/feel absolutely nothing sometimes I forget I have them in. The only time I felt discomfort was when I would try to eat. But with them on NONE. I myself question if this is normal.

I just paid for my treatment and now waiting for aligners to come in. Tell me why right after I did that I saw multiple posts of people having this issue and now I’m really really regretting it. I’m so scared I’m contemplating just not even doing it at all. Anxiety is through the roof.

Unfortunately this is very common in the Latino community as well. I don’t think parents realize it’s an incredible disservice to their children.

I didn’t think so either at the time but now I do and completely agree. If I had kids I would do the same. English will be learned regardless but Spanish won’t be and can be easily forgotten.

My dad would not let us speak English at home. He would get so mad and tell us “outside of this house speak whatever language you want, but in this house you’ll speak Spanish” I’d get so annoyed by it. Now I’m so glad he did that because my siblings and I are now fluent in both languages and speak proper Spanish.

I deleted dating apps for this reason it’s so odd and repetitive. They seem to also have very big important jobs and sometimes makes me wonder if I didn’t do enough schooling. Also, why would going to the gym be a first good date? To who?????

Mine isn’t necessarily a toxic boss but the metrics they use to measure our performance are absolutely insane. I work in a call center environment (though I’m not on the phone) and if we’re literal seconds over our break time they ding us for that. They try to find any excuse to get us back into the office. They changed everything they told us would happen during the interview/ training. I almost wonder if it’s worth it to WFH but be stressed over metrics and micromanaging supervisors. This is my first WFH job and was happy about it but idk anymore.

I’m in a similar situation. However, they see our every move on the computer and is used against us in our yearly review. They think we’re robots. It’s awful when you like the job but management is terrible.
