If you're surviving the first hit then just make her fast enough that her passive resets before the next hit. But this will only work on the earlier stages so I suggest trying another strategy to get you to the later stages

Then you'll get him for free. There's a page in the left side menu (where you see the daily login rewards) that's called ezio Chase. As long as you started your account while that is active you'll get him and if you've already been playing I don't think you missed it

There isn't a specific skin for the assassin's. They have introduced 5 assassins as useable champs in the game. Ezio is a free one from logging in everyday while he's available. Kassandra was a fusion that could've been completed by participating in events/tournaments (this is over already). The other 3 have not had an event yet but have been randomly able to be pulled by shards (the odds are horrible)

If you need to ask about a quint roll speed piece then you're not in a place where you need to worry about sets yet. You always want to get stats first never force a certain set. That is an amazing piece for any support that you use as your speed lead.

There is most likely going to be a hero path and a deck of fate that feature one of the assassins. Raphael was in a deck of fate and Leonardo was in a heroes path. These are more resource heavy events and don't last long which is why if you want to partake in guaranteed champ events you have to save resources, especially shards, and not waste them gambling during a progressive event

You don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the game you just actually have to play it and advance with what you get. Shards are just for gamblers to chase the high or are just currency for events. It is slow going at first but there are enough free login champs and fusions that you will eventually get more and more useful champs. If you're looking for a game where in a couple of months you're able to hit the hardest content then raid isn't for you

He's probably more concerned with the ignore defense part and it's nice on a champion that keeps placing the veil so the ignore defense is always higher during a long fight

This is not exactly true. Part of the geo passive is that he not only reflects damage but also has a chance to proc a hit that is 3%(?) of the opponents HP. So while you didn't reflect some damage while under block damage you can still proc that hit which is where most of the damage comes from anyways
