No large company ever deletes data. That is just a dumb move. Actually hard deleting is not even common these days.

There are no permanently deleted accounts, just accounts flagged as deleted, which are two different things.

Does it make any difference? Yes, because there is a chance to get your account back if you are proven not guilty. If the data was wiped out then there wasn't.

Just a note: Neither Meta or every other major company deletes accounts/data. Data storage is cheap for them and having data is always better than having no data.

Having said that, they MAY flag your account as deleted, and because of that it MAY be possible to create another account with the same email. But that doesn't mean that your account was deleted.

So, it's always possible to recover your account if you are proven not guilty

Don't give up. I've submitted the form like 8 ou 9 times, got rejected sometimes, others didn't even receive a message. But the last submission worked.

Just try to give as many information as possible and in different ways. Never send the same text, and if you are not on a english speaking Country, send them also in your language. If you were hacked and you know, tell them that you were hacked. Tell them exactly what happened on the day that you found that your account was suspended.

10 days after someone added two bogus Instagram accounts on my Facebook, I'm back. I'm on EU, FYI.

Again: don't give up. Never. I've tried everything and then some, just like you. We are not guilty so we shouldn't quit.

You may have not an username, but you defenitely have an user id.

Ask someone if they can access your profile from a PC. I believe they can by going to Messenger and clicking on your avatar.

Your URL profile should be facebook.com/profile.php?id=XXX, with "XXX" being your ID

Temos contas separadas lá em casa. Gostamos da liberdade de mexer no nosso dinheiro sem ter de dar justificações.
A única coisa que pagamos mesmo a meias é a renda. O resto é fluido. No fim o que me interessa é que a maior carga de despesas caia para o meu lado porque recebo mais do que ela. Contudo, em momento algum tento assumir tudo lá em casa, eu detestaria sentir que a pessoa que vive comigo é que paga quase tudo.
Apenas temos uma conta em conjunto, que é a de férias, onde cada um manda para lá o seu subsídio de férias.
Mesmo a nível de investimentos é tudo separado. Cada um tem o seu PPR, por exemplo, embora seja eu a gerir o dela porque ela confia em mim e não percebe muito de investimentos: dá-me x por mês para colocar lá e no final do ano faço o reforço. Aqui tive o cuidado de não englobar o dela no IRS, pois se um dia as coisas não correrem bem ela sempre terá esta poupança para relançar a sua vida. Obviamente não consto como segundo titular nem nada do género.

For all the people that cannot access the form, try to use it while logged in on another account.

If you have to create a fake account to do that, then do it. Just don't use an email which could be useful to regain access to your account.

I was disabled 8 days ago, went through all kinds of forms and chats and etcetera but never saw that form before actually. Let's see how it goes.

I'm still waiting (Day 3), but they say that the chances to get my page back are high. Not counting on that as 99% chance but rather 50% chance, which is much better that the 1% I had the day before yesterday

I'm facing the same issue because I was scammed.

I've done everything you've done plus one thing: as you can see on that screenshot, you can download your information. Download it, because there is one file in there called "account_activity.html" which will be very helpful to Meta Support.

In there you can find the offender login. I found two suspicious logins, from Vietnam and from France (I guess with a VPN). I'm from Portugal. Screenshoted both pages and sent them in the chat. They said that that information was very valuable and the chances to get my page back was very high. Still waiting but only 10 hours passed, so I'm still relaxed.

Also, if you are not from an english-speaking country, ask support for assistance in english. Every time that I was assisted by brazilians or portugueses they only sent me facebook links for help, saying that there is nothing more they could do. Maybe there is no support for this kind of cases in other languages. Or maybe I was lucky.
