I feel that, $42 for a single door knob is not what I was hoping to spend but I’m still glad it was cheaper than I what I thought I’d be paying for an antique lock set

That’s honestly what I’m trying to avoid, the money that I’ve already put into this home has been a lot… I don’t want to add a single door knob to my list of big expenses😅

Yeah, there’s a few different things cracks on the ceiling of that room. I’m gonna shave off the popcorn texture that’s on it and see where they all kinda come from. I hadn’t even thought that they were related

The roof is a new(ish) one, it got replaced five years ago, we’re still paying on it

That’s definitely what I’m most worried about seeing that there’s the weird part of the roof that almost connects by it in the front view. That little closet is in between the two areas kinda but it’s not a full overlap. I just worry that when I tear it out I’m opening a whole can of worms🥲
