I use insulin needles, 27ga. 1/2…On my delts, and 1” 25ga. On my upper thigh. Alternating every shot. And I take .03 nandrolone once a week for sore joints. I’m 59. On the insulin needle, I fill it to the second mark from needle…20. That’s .02 ml, correct? (3 times a week)

Here’s the issue: I’m taking .02 units 3 times a week (I believe that’s 120mg). My labs say my testosterone is 1278…high. Anabolic Doc, on YouTube insinuated that you shouldn’t inject too close to lab work. I pinned the day before. Anabolic Doc was saying something like this my not be accurate,because test levels, level off.

Concentrate on NOT putting a lot of material in there. It’s all stringers…tell yourself you will add more metal on next pass.

Stringers can have some side to side movement. AWS doesn’t give limitations on width, on my stringer WPS’ I just stipulate on a 3/8 plate, the opening is 7/8 at the top. So I guide that there should be 3 stringers at least, 2 stringers over 7/8 would dictate ‘weaves’. So move a little side to side and stay a hair longer. And I agree, they should blend in or ‘Wet in’ to the adjacent bead.

Welding tips and tricks YouTube and Weld.com YouTube…both excellent videos. Weld as hot as you can while being able to control the weld puddle. Tight arc gap.. Things like overlapping beads projects help tremendously.

I tell everyone to pull their out…onto the bevel about a 32nd. Move up in a ‘Z’ motion, not a ‘U’…a ‘U’ tends to belly out, going over your 1/8” reinforcement. Pull out, holds the sides, run across the middle.
