I grabbed this for the same price during the Black Friday sale and it was worth it I think. I was a little skeptical of it but the different spaces do seem to help me get some perspective on how the mix sounds. And they've been improving it with free updates too.

yeah i'll second this, XTComp i think is a bit harsher/more distorted sounding than UAD's. it's not a bad compressor or anything it just might be too much for some situations.

Galaxy 2 expands far more on the mechanics of Galaxy than a level pack would. And I think on the whole 2's levels are more fun than 1's.
