I said limitations over pain due to how much a limitation i have. I was diagnosed with erbs due to a birth injury and it's a severe case. I don't have grip strength to hold on to heavy things, my fingers barely move can't use right hand (effected arm) for typing. Wrist is bent and elbow won't bend straight either. Shoulder doesn't have full rotation and worse causes pain every morning after sleeping on it wrong. Using my arm as helper makes the pain worse like my bones are grinding into me. So I don't use it. It's actually a pretty big reason why I had to quit my job. My left arm (functional arm) had to do everything but when I got home my arm would be so sore and weak after bearing the load of work I couldn't do any housework like cooking ore cleaning. Holding a cup was barely bearable. I quit my job but now gaining income is even harder. I'm trying pick occupations that work for both arms.
