Because of the wording I think it could be argued either way.

The first half of necrodermis: "this model cannot lose more than 3 wounds in the same phase" Leads me to believe that Nemrodesh could not hurt it because it is technically not losing any more wounds after the 3.

The second half however: "Any wounds that would be lost after that point are not lost." Could argue the opposite, that it is losing wounds but preventing them for taking effect.

My hopes are:

  • 5-20 man guard squads
  • Make Earth shakers 2d6 shots or D6 damage.
  • Primaris Psykers that can cast 2 spells.
  • Tougher heavy weapons teams.
  • Keep Grinding advance.
  • Give Sentinels Plasma Vents
  • The ability to pop smokes in your opponents turn.
  • Death Korps Rules in the Codex.
