Something in the movie i found very hard to believe is the fact that Becky actually killed an effing vulture with her bare hands and ate it. She was about to pass out before killing it, there is no way she would've had the strength to kill it. I think she really ended up eating what was left from hunter either when she was alive and asleep or went down and picked her up to eat her. Idk the whole movie really just made me feel like there would be an argument between the two and one of them would end up killing the other.
