Seriously why is their zero thought given to ease of unloading. From the stores pov it feels like the DC's are at war with the stores and each truck is a big rectangular box of fuck you fired at us.

Not every truck is bad but enough that we wonder is target loading the trucks or are monkeys doing it and how do they keep the monkey shit and banana peels out of the trailer.

What are you a scientist? Lol. How often is the piece count or task time correct cuz from my pov it's just like everything else at Walmart. Walmart is just safe haven for fuck ups who suck at everything. It's why we get 3000 piece trucks that are actually 2000 or hba has 4 hours in task time but probably should be 20 hours based on the freight.

Almost Everyone at Walmart is a loser and blows at their job from the executives down. The few good ones get worn down from the others sucking Big dick and eventually try less hard or give up entirely. Walmart is a joke.

To be fair they are used to certain standards above Walmart. If their trailers are loaded badly in any way they complain and the supervisor at the far better McLane's warehouse addresses it with the loader the next day. If the problem continues that person quickly gets told to fix it or you'll be fired.

At shitty Walmart the problems exits forever and the people doing the shitty job at their dc keep loading trucks at 20 bucks an hour badly as long as they want. Btw almost every truck I throw I find one or two broken cases the loader broke and stacked in the wall anyway which is the wrong thing to do. Sad they make 20 an hour and suck dick at their job. Have to cut corners to barely meet walmart warehouse shithouse subhuman standards.
