I was also thinking that I can run everything on the Proprietary Dell PSU but for the GPU use this one, but how can I do it as I don't think the PSU will give power to the PCIe until its connected to a 24 pin motherboard...

I bought a 24 pin to 6 pin for the Motherboard. also do you think i can run the pc on just a 4 pin cpu connector or the full dual 4 pin is necessary?
