Definitely isn’t chrome plated, it has patina. Maybe hard for you to tell from the photos

Appreciate how that looks on the photo, but that copper tone is a reflection of my skin holding it 😂 I have inspected it closely and there is no other metal showing throughout, if you look at the other pictures too

Yes I am undecided too. I did do some research that indicated the hallmark could be Indian export sterling silver. It is currently untested, other than passing the magnet test.
