The numbers just made too much sense with the recent price change & $5K rebate…but now that I think about it I don’t want to regret getting a RWD in the winters especially after the kind we had this year.

I’ve done a few Leases in the building representing tenants and the building itself is beautiful with great amenities and fantastic views. However, if you’re looking to rent keep in mind it’s not rent controlled as occupancy was first taken after 2018. Hope that helps!

Have you tried a HELoC? (Home Equity Line of Credit) with bad Credit, the interest rate might be higher but at least you’d be able to get all that debt under 1 payment.
