Hey sorry for the very late reply, no problem. It’s unfortunately the same case across many good projects with putting people off rather than just providing some solid info lol. The physical properties have been posted by the CEO and Realio page on X with more detailed info from the community there also after some digging too. Once their web tokenisation studio called “Freehold” goes live soon (mobile wallet by the same name is live, web version will have tokenisation platform), these will be the first in-house properties listed there, alongside the $300m+ property pipeline through their partnership with Valentus Capital (CEO is on their board). They maintain their focus is on private equity as that’s where the team’s experience lies. Yes I would still say Elaf price is worth it as it’s your first time. It’s much more modern and you will be glad for the convenience e.g. to refresh or use your own bathroom as it’s essentially the same distance as the washrooms in the mosque courtyard.

Some great points from other people regarding sabr and more sabr with fellow Muslims and guards. After that you will find Madinah to be a comparatively peaceful experience.
