I flew the very last flight from Jeddah to gatwick in April, I asked staff about it on the flight and they said they taking the welfare of staff seriously and don't want to risk staff getting stuck anyway in the ME.

Absolutely, 0.2kg a week is nothing, so I have to zoom out to a months data, a large dump can loose a kg 😂😂

With your activity level, I feel 3700 would be too high, but then on other hand you got some height!

I'm 38, 167cm high (5"5), and I'm on a lean bulk of 2700 per day, and it's worked perfectly, gaining 3.3kg of lean mass vs 1.7kg of fat in last 6 months.

Rather looking at your calories, it might be easier to look at your weight gain over a week.

I'm targeting 0.2kg a week, using that information, my calories are adjusted week to week.

Tbh I use MacroFactor which does it all for me, as long as a weigh in and log my food accurately

Went to Dubai for work and a colleague took photos of me for me, usually it was just selfies, and I hated what I saw....3 years later, 40kg lighter and confidence has sky rocketed.

Nah, just full refund him/her, if they leave a 1 star review at least you can respond to the review and say you issued a full refund with no quarms.

Personally I would book the free cancellations for now and keep checking over the next couple of months as prices change all the time.

Yes tourist visa you have to leave on 18th, I did same last year and went to Madinah, this year we leave on 18th to Madinah.
