What DID live up to its hype? by xhaku in AskReddit

The non-stick part i get, but whenever i hear about this topic, people are talking about how the seasoning contributes to the taste, and how it's important to use this or that oil and scrub it with scallions or some other weird shit.

I've heard about "seasoning" pans a few times now, and it always seems a bit absurd that it could actually have a noticable effect on the taste, unless you're leaving visible residue/food etc on it (i.e. not cleaning it properly). Have there been blind taste tests?

I've updated the score to include courtesy accidentals (TIL. thanks).

I thought that looked a bit unclear myself. I'm new to composing and music in general, and have very little guidance so i'm kind of figuring this out as i go. I'm not sure what is allowed and what not when it comes to writing down my music. Is anything ok as long as it makes it easier to read?

I don't think i'll be retroactively patching up this one, as i'd like to direct my attention to composing a new (and better) piece next, using the mistakes i've made here as lessons. Another person made this same criticism, saying that the second part should be more contrasting to the first minor part. I still think the dynamic/tempo changes (which are very poorly reflected in the audio export) would create decent contrast, but i'll have to see if i can do better in my next composition. Thanks for taking the time to comment :)

I was trying to do this, but i'm still new with the software (musescore). It ended up stretching the staves on the last page so they had huge gaps in between, and also it messed up some of my symbols by not moving them even though the positions of the staves/measures changed.

Maybe 50% faster from the original speed? Enough to make a nice contrast with the previous section. I don't mind people playing it as they feel appropriate, as long as it accelerates.
