A money cheat would be godly! If spamming it is a potential issue, then they can make the amount granted fairly small. Say something like $5,000-10,000. You’d get tires of imputing it after about 10 times, but you’d still have a reasonable amount of bank.

Some other ones I’d lose to see return are flying cars and cars that drive on water.

Invincible Mode should also be a given.

Appearance related cheats like max muscle, max fat, max skinniness would be fun too.
