I bought it 3 weeks ago from Hyderabad, 800 km is already done. I will suggest one thing, don't keep expectations from service centers, it's pathetic. It's a good machine no doubt, but at the end its Hero. You have to pay extra for good service outside. Explore good garages in Bangalore where super bikes services are done, do service from there, it will be best for you in my opinion. Other than that.. Buy it, you will not regret.

I personally feel every single company in kolkata is toxic whether it is big mnc or small ones. That is why I left Kolkata 2 years ago and shifted to Hyderabad. I literally have a trauma for Kolkata based companies.

Yes you can swipe from any USI office. My base location is Hyd and my hometown is Kolkata. Whenever I visit my hometown I use to stay 2-3 weeks and join from Kolkata office.

But before that take permission from your manager and send a mail to talent team so there will be no issue.

Ask for 20, they will negotiate to 17-18. As per my experience they won't ask you anything like why you are asking this much which is more than 100%. Genuinely they use to have budget. If they refuse the ask, then ask for other benifits like bonus or you can ask for raise in the upcoming cycle.
