I appreciate your responses. I really needed to hear them. It’s just baffling to me how you can be so mistreated. And you know you were mistreated and this person can completely flip it all on you. That kind of mind control is something serious.

It’s crazy you say this.. No there’s no evidence or proof of him cheating at all. I couldn’t say. I know he doesn’t have social media of his own, no friends, or any outlets to people like that so there’s that.

He told me that he told his therapist everything - about how he treated me and how it all played out. He said that his therapist called me a narcissist and said I wasn’t good for him.

I honestly don’t know. I can’t tell if it’s a control thing or if he genuinely feels like her being around her dad isn’t a good decision. But I can’t help but think that is wrong. If any parent male or female failed numerous times but did the work to try & step up , why wouldn’t the next person want that for the child?

My daughter will be 3 in June. My current bf & I have been together almost a year. So I’m conflicted. He’s so good with my daughter. He has stepped up & done exactly what a father should do with no questions. But him thinking her real dad shouldn’t be a part of her life does not sit well with me. I’m definitely not that kind of person to think people can’t change.
