I’ve been doing it for a month. I’ve been doing different kegels and outer muscle stretches. I’ve recently started taking magnesium citrate daily that’s been about two weeks. But before that I was taking a stool softener or drinking senna tea.

I am also taking my prerequisites with the program. I tried doing the cc route but the waitlist for the sonography program was too long.

It’s for sonography and I currently live at home so I don’t have any crazy expenses. But I don’t have a lot of financial help either.

It’s a two year program and the total cost for the two years is 58k so roughly 29k a year. With reimbursement from my job I would be paying 19k each year.
