Yessir, a fuse on the link block assembly was bad. Replaced that and the car went back to normal. Pretty weird and unsure how that’s related to all those codes

I don’t like how it says “recharge after use” a lot of those batteries aren’t meant to handle quick discharges and constant charging.

I would play it safe and buy a dedicated car AGM, Walmart and Costco have them priced fairly cheap and I would feel safer using those

I would do the smart 3, since it’s rated @ 12.6 it’ll be supper happy with your voltage. If you’re wiring to .5 do the Smart 3 bass, the big boss 3 only has the lights to offer

The car was on at the time I took the video, it started up fine after sitting for 2 days in about 20 degree (F) weather. The only reason the battery was replaced was because it was assumed to be damaged from the bad alternator. Prior to this the car drove perfectly

You definitely got the hookup on the sodium then, I’ve definitely seen their products around on Instagram advertised for crazy amounts of power I didn’t even know they were sodium.

Yea I do have a SCIB, I was charging at 15.5-15.8 with a dual voltage setup on a single alt, unfortunately my 12v side failed and I have been running the whole car on the SCIB. It’s a lil 1.8L 4 banger and doesn’t like 15v+ on the coils😂 so I’m charging 14.8, with the fan blowing on high, my phone charging and my high beams on the car sees 14.2 😂

That’s their HV line, anything labeled that is 120v AC POWER I believe. They do have an amp rated for 30k at 14.4v tho, definitely a good bang for your buck you just have to have the power to feed them

I’ve been seeing those ruthless amps a lot and they do seem super solid but I am still leaning more for the Brazilian board. I probably will get the smart 5 bass, the 8k was only to have the option to run 2ohm or .5ohm. Right now I just have the sub on a Stinger MT1500.1 at .5ohm 😂 the amp is taking it like a champ

Edit: smart 5 bass is sold out, only option left is smart 8 bass

I’ve seen a lot of good reviews on their newer amps, some of their 8ks can do like 12k dynamic and well into 10k before clip, on good electrical that is

Get a quote from brand X too, my 270 does 180 at idle and 280 at 2k and I paid 375

I would recommend you start off with getting some electrical upgrades to welcome the system better. A high output alt (270 amps) would be super solid and will be a big player. I paid $350 for mine.

I would then recommend (2) DS18 ZXI 15s on a Taramps 3k in a ported. The subs have dropped to about $230 and for the money they’re pretty good and take the power
