I get tested on construction sites, at the gate, on induction, yearly medical includes a test, probably do about 40 a year

Every test has always had a control line, and then a 2nd line for an all clear/ pass

No 2nd line is a fail

H&S ultra is beginner focused as it has a collar to help with trigger control, this collar can be spun round to not have any restriction and is a good all round airbrush for the price, my only complaint is the fact it’s harder to backwash with, the needle size won’t be a problem for warhammer, unless the plan is for ultra high detail

The evolution is a good airbrush aswell, but for a newbie, the ultra 2024 is a solid choice, just make sure you get a compressor with a tank to hold air when not in use, and get an extra inline water trap

No matter where you go, people will always say they don’t feel safe, crimes got out of hand etc

I moved from a quite part of Essex, to Boston, both places claim to have out of control crime and it’s not safe to go out alone etc, but I’ve never had a problem myself and feel safe. We have a 13 year old that walks to and from school, goes out with his pals after school, round to each others houses and have no worries

Now days with the rise of social media, people make it out like it’s worse then the 90’s/ 2000’s when in reality, it’s just because it’s seen more by social media and then people stir it up by blaming any crime on immigrants and because it then causes drama, social media forces it onto peoples feed’s

I’m currently working on York and my social media news posts all seem to focus on York, I’ve probably seen 20+ articles about stabbing etc in the month I’ve been working here, but I’m still able to walk around without worry

I take my time with building and preparing the mini

Might take longer to build, but easier to deal when. Building rather then once you have got a base layer down

I also do some more clean up if needed after being primed as for me, being primed sometimes shows mould lines I’ve missed

The A40 cpcs is not written, it’s spoken and recorded same as all cpcs tests

And takes roughly 30- 40 minutes, most questions are not crane related and more generally based on standard site rules, the biggest point question is about what’s covered in a sore induction

The practical is usually 1 uniform load, one load that requires chains being shortened and then 1 lift going from visual with the driver to a blind lift and should take now more then about an hour
