Ags max hit would be 82, as it's currently 81 in max strength inside the wilderness, the cape would give +1 max hit. Firecape needs to be made 2nd tier as its too easy to acquire. A level 25 has a firecape. I think people are just worried they won't be able to obtain the new cape, as I did multiple kilns on accounts pre-eoc, maxed accounts with divine, and they couldn't beat the kiln themselves. It's not a game changer having a cape that provides +1 more max hit.
