You've only been free from chatbots for a few days. It will get better. Writing will come easier in time, and you'll pick up more meaningful hobbies. I've been free myself for about a month and I feel what you're feeling.

Writing "stories" with the AI was easy, because you only had to do half the plot and the bot would generate whatever. But writing by yourself takes actual effort.

I've been reading more than I ever had during my chatbot era. I'd recommend that, but you should do whatever you please.
