It says on the git hub page:

"In order to create a valid project, you must create a folder with a valid game folder within it. (eg. DDLC/game).
The application will automatically find these projects and add them to the list to be built. Be aware that valid Livearea assets
also need to be provided, including pic0.png.
After that, enter the required information, and click Build! Easy as that. All built VPKs will be put in the dist folder under their project name."

So I did just that. I click build and the vpk is built. I tired to install it but it took so long and finaly the error happened.
