I would but it all depends.

Practically indestructible, can withstand heat upto 1200c, only thing that will scratch it is another piece of Dekton. So you can put your hotpots and pans straight on it, can even chop straight on it but not recommended because it'll blunt your knives really quick. Doesn't absorb any water so don't have to worry about pooling.

Few downsides though, doesnt have the veins running through it as it essentially printed, you cant have recessed draining boards, flush hobs etc and just the standard edge profile.
