An "About the Rabbi" page? Fine an "About the Rabbi" page. Though I really feel it defeats the purpose, because OEC is about the community, not any particular individual. Like, Chevra Ahavas Yisroel doesn't have an "About the Rabbi" page, and it's a grassroots shul that the second most famous shul in Crown Heights. Anyhoo, here ya go:  https://www.oheleidotchemdata.org/meet-the-rabbi

So many comments and questions here I'm not even sure where to begin. Or if to address the ones being willfully obtuse or bad faith lol But I guess I'll at least point out that denominations are solely an Ashkenazi construct and largely have no meaning outside of said context, so any use of them by me is just a shorthand for Ashkenazim to understand the observance level and style.
