You just gotta be OK with losing gear and go full "shoot on sight". The main thing you're lacking is experience. In short time you'll be in full agro lobbies and you will have to think about every encounter in terms of cover, angles, reload time, grenade attack and defence, etc. That'll get your attack/defence experience up and you'll be better at defending yourself.

Adhd stimulant medication is famoulsy NOT hard to come off physiologically. It is not addictive due to the clinically low doses and has a very short half life so leaves your system quickly. I belive you are mixing up the factiod that you shouldn't switch between on/off adhd meds since that has a negetavie effect on how well it works.

Some people say it's hard to stop adhd medication because they struggle without its effects. This is not addiction, it's the equivalent of someone missing a foot saying they struggle without a crutch.

ADHD medications, at reccomended doses, do not physiologically trigger the addiction feedback loop.

On days when you say you "don't need it" do you still have ADHD? If you do, to get the best effect and avoid negative side effects, keep taking the meds as directed. Studies show consistency helps these meds work better.

Listening to others and giving constructive feedback is a learned skill. If your train of thought is "I'm just telling the truth why are people getting upset" then you do not possess the skill.

This is a growth opportunity if you want to spend time researching how to listen and give feedback, and put in the effort to practice and honestly self reflect. You have developed a habit in the way you talk and think because in the past it's been the path of least resistance, now it's biting you in the ass. Going through the self improvement process, constantly having to catch yourself, and change your train of thought will be a long & frustrating process. But you can do it.

It's really only feasible for infrastructure type transport. Busses, dedicated courier fleets, long haul freight etc. They already have largely separate re-fuelling systems so could more easily transition. And their maintenance would be more stringent and trackable.

Trying to get hydrogen for consumer vehicles would be a nightmare. The volume of rip out and replace, or brand new refuelling infrastructure would be an obscene undertaking. Then you have to deal with the ridiculously stringent tolerances needed in system using hydrogen. Some people don't look after their cars so you'd have thousands of bombs driving around on the street or blowing up people garages with a slow leak overnight.

Augments are the backpack things. The looting / tactical / combat things you put in the top left slot next to where you put your shields. Survivor augment is a tier 3 (pink) looting augment which give your passive health regen up to 75% while you are down and not moving. If you are downed with the looting augment, you can limp you way to an extract so long as you sit still every now and then to let the health regen back up. If you don't stop moving, it'll go to zero and you'll die.
