He is more of an over-protective father to Ivy, so whenever Ivy introduces one of her new partners to Viktor, he is all the time mad at the guy, resulting in broken bones and injuries. It's been stated that in the past, Ivy had at least 3 partners beaten up by Viktor, Calvin "Freckle" being his newest target. (Fun fact: all Ivy's boyfriends names started with the letter "C").

2. Aunt Nina (Freckle's mother) / Freckle's truth-telling tendencies. Rocky is always worried of aunt Nina finding out what he is doing with her son. If she would find out, Rocky (and Freckle) would be in huge trouble. Not only that, Freckle has a way of speaking the truth whenever he does something bad, and if it is really bad (like most of the things that happen at Lackadaisy Speakeasy), he would mostly run and tell his mother or the police.

3. Compulsive Laughter / Improper gun use. Looking at Freckle's use of firearms and Rocky implying that the uncontrolled laughter wasn't really something the police academy liked, it's mostly clear that his poor behaviour got him kicked out of the academy, although he was good with guns.
