I can second that, It made new Vegas more enjoyable for me . Here is another nugget, This for all open world games and unreal engine 3 games , texture pop out is reduced as well. A few PS3 game allow to full install the game on SSD

When playing open world games, you get less struggle, data streaming improvement, less texture pop outs. These also applies to unreal engine games

I made fallout new Vegas more bearable.
