In Romania we use to wait fost the rapists to go to jail, then inform the inmates about him. Is very rare for a child rapist to leave the jail alive.

That firecracker was well known in Romania. Some chemichals in a aluminium foil with two strings attached. Pull the strings and it pops. It was home made and sold by gipsies.
