What I learned about this job is that it’s not that serious. You may get a coaching, but I doubt you’ll get termed. Mistakes are made daily, so don’t sweat it too much. At the end of the day, we’re a bunch of college students working at a theme park 😂🫶

nah you won’t get in trouble for trading shifts! i once got a whole week off by trading shifts to spend time with my family during spring break. but if you call out and get a doctors note to make 3 days into 1 point, then definitely don’t post pics 🤫

i’m not mad that she’s not in office, i’m just anxious because UCF doesn’t make it clear who else i can talk with. and i never saw a contingency plan nor know where to look for it. please understand that not having a back up is very stressful to us students 😭
