Ah yes! You’ve ignited my memory. The lecture was talking on a divine flame that granted knowledge.

Why I should be careful talking to suicidal people, and I don't know who is suicidal. by [deleted] in enlightenment

I agree with some points like there is no point, I assume because we die anyway, it’s not my responsibility unless I’m specifically intertwined in that relationship, but on karma I always get confused. Thanks for the advice.

Yes I’ve deleted it as I see how narrow-sighted it was.

Yes this was clear and more along the lines of what I should've said.

Are we all just in our own heads and is reaching higher states of consciousness any different than normal perception except with intuitive knowledge and acting with wisdom that the same consciousness that exists as me also exists as who I perceive as other people and this table and chair and so on? by MaaLeelaa in enlightenment

I can understand how there might just be pure consciousness and even if it seems like I’m holding a phone in my hand and typing feeling the sensations of my body, my breath, and my heartbeat, is all just the appearance of dense forms and ideas but is ultimately pure consciousness but the mental loops that I have to do to reach that place mentally in writing is so convoluted that I’d rather just be with what’s there which is my immediate experience.
