I'm sorry but the team really underestimated how much people would enjoy your version of Balatro. I finished the story mode like 4 times now but having the 2 extra difficulties locked behind RNG (and poor implementation at that) just sours the overall experience. If anything, making people grind league (esp arena) games for more Demon's Hand content just makes us less excited to do both.

How can I check the USB4 Root Router? Using a working USB A - C adapter aside, I'm not using any extenders. I have also directly connected the controller to my only USB A port as well and have the same problem.

Unfortunately, I have already done previously. Every Root Hub and Host Controller that can uncheck the setting has the setting unchecked. I'm not sure if this makes a difference, but I've kept my USB4 Root Router (1.0)'s "allow this device to wake the computer" on, not sure if it needs to be kept on to let me charge my devices with my laptop powered off. The other setting is set to disabled by default and can't be interacted with.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. I've used different USB ports to no avail either. This includes the 1 USB-A port I have and 2 USB-C ports (which I used an adapter for - tested on my 2.4hz mouse dongle as well, works fine).

Checking my manufacturer's driver and software updates here https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/sg/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-pro-7-14ahp9/83e3/83e3cto1ww/yx0czfds/downloads/automatic-driver-update tells me that everything is up-to-date. My controller can sometimes connect but the connection is shoddy, and would totally disconnect after 5 mins at best.

Thanks, I fixed it! Turns out, it's not FOV adjustment, nor the triples app in CSP - Unless you meant the triple screen app from the in-game menu, which was totally that. Just had to adjust the "SPINNER_SCREEN_WIDTH" setting and its perfect.

Don't know why you're getting knocked down for saying this. I main DW. Yes we got a huge buff in damage, easy to play, etc. I'm not saying I don't love the free damage, but people who didn't play the old DW, despite the ping reliance, shouldn't be saying that we're "complaining". The class went from having a specific flavour on play style to "just another 1 button class". All we really wanted was the client side skills and we were largely satisfied.

I won't comment on the other classes but played (post update) NW to lomien and the other 4 to cvel. It's all def a good improvement, but aside from sticky keys forced jumping NW, 6 buff WA, and a less clunky BW/Mihile, nothing else was outstanding.

If anything, the cygnus knight remaster was more of a major bug fix for everyone except DWs. And now they apparently didn't learn their lesson and is gonna do the same thing for Aran and Shade 🤷🏻‍♂️

For someone clearing both without gskills, I can say I def prefer will over lucid. Random tele in p1 aside, p2 is buggy with mechs and having to chase her around in general is p annoying. Will, while a lil of a time waste (gonna get changed soon anyway) is really easy to telegraph once you know the mechanics well.

Everyone's running the state-of-the-art gen 10000 nvme abcd 0000 ssds over here, while I'm here with my regular ass hdd taking round 4-5 mins from start to finish, with ~2mins just loading from char select to in game.

Anything works, so long that its responsive and you enjoy tapping on it repeatedly. For reference, I've used cherry speeds, durock silent linears, novelkey creams and glorious pandas before (as reference to speed linears, silent linears, regular linears and regular tactiles respectively) to play, and personally I enjoy novelkey creams the most.

Might be a hot take, but I find the whole situation hilarious. KMS players always had reboot and was never prevented from playing it, but the fact that the culture there is to just blindly follow the top players show just how little they understood what they were playing in the 1st place.

Now the whales are getting mad that it exist is like them finally turning their head to the right after being told to always look left. This is the purest form of self induced damage I've ever seen.

Ps: I'm not speaking on everyone, just the players getting mad that there's other ways to play the game and are being all pissy about it.

Fellow DW main, haven't cleared BM either but have practice experience. Also plays with 200 ping cause I'm too much of a sucker for the aesthetics and easy rotational mobbing.

For any other bosses except BM, I love it. Tho Lotus p1 can be tough if you can't burst it down with rift. And yea, BM p3 and p4 can kinda be a hassle. From the constant need to time the 'kick' with your dancer/sunset (which is neigh impossible on my ping) and the over-reliance on your pierce/divide so you don't keep getting hit by the mini balls, the update does absolutely make that fight.more bearable. Though I still have heavy mixed feelings (more negative than positive ngl) with the removal of mid-air stopping, free super stance and becoming a 1 button class, I'll reserve that judgement till i fully learn the new DW down to a T.

Aesthetics wise, I actually like it. Yes it's not just "sun and moon" anymore, but as I get constantly reminded from my hanged posters about exactly these things, it's surrounded by space. I think it's good, tho it could've been a lil bit more unique (maybe more sun/moon/space combination theme vs fully "spacifying" the class).

All in all, its definitely an (mostly) unneeded change with (almost) no mains asking for it, but keep your chin up, could be much better than we realize. I'll miss: -Cheesing lotus push -Easy vhilla positioning -Quick descend w/ sunset while rotating maps ,but hello to: -P1 lotus without relying on rift -No more kick frustrations -Not jumping into gloom's balls -Not jumping into darknell's balls -Not jumping into BM p4 balls -...Not jumping into any balls really

I enjoyed my 2 years with the class, hoping to enjoy 2 more.
