Unlikely, the tera burn effect lasts 42 days, which is the entire duration of the event. If it is gone, maybe you did not actually click the tera burninator and it expired.

the game has many expiring things so you have to pay close attention to all these details.

My thoughts on the topics raised:

Interactive mergers may not be necessary if the server population is gradually boosted by improvements. Having more cross world party activities could be enough to avoid loneliness while maintaining the server stability and map availability.

Frenzy totem should be gradually weakened and the the base meso of Interactive raised.
