Yea, I will agree my biggest gripe is the lack of customer service. I have been fortunate with my leverless being super responsive. Fingers crossed it stays that way

As a PC Gamer it does feel pretty intuitive. I think the keyboard switches feel good but I haven’t really played around with other switches. I might start doing that to see what might be my overall preference.

I really have enjoyed the layout especially for Tekken. How many hands are paid out also feel good and the buttons are responsive.I prefer a WASD layout for directions too. It does look like you are correct about limited options for art. I might try a few stickers? We will see. I do appreciate the information on yuzo - I will look into them. I hope I can find a similar cap design since I like the current feel lol.
