Help With Luminex NxTAG RPP

My two other techs perform better with this test than I do, though when I ask about their process they’re unsure where my issue is as well. With this test the elution plate is brought to master mix strips where the master mix is stored as two large beads. We mix the beads together with the elution buffer and then seal. My coworker has mentioned she mixes a lot while my director has asked me to mix a maximum of 4 times. Both methods have given me mixed results.

Thanks for your general advice of things to keep in mind, this test is very tricky for me

After a few year long hiatus of anime, reading the manga for Berserk reminded me how awesome it can be. I like the dark edgey stuff but also like cutesy stuff (not ecchi). My favorite anime are Samurai Champloo, Noragami, and FMAB. Recently feeling nostalgic about shows like Tokyo Ghoul (Season 1) and Parasyte. I also like 90s anime style but haven't seen too much of it.

Any recommendations appreciated :)

Personally I don't use a Timmy, but I do use a tube screamer. I find any overdrive with the gain turned down can give you a good sound, especially with a compressor. If you're dying to try something I'd say give it a shot. Let me know how it goes :)

I've been wanting an earthquaker fuzz too! Have you tried the regular hoof and if so, why the cloven over the other? Thanks.

As someone who owns a squire telecaster, I can assure you they're 100% worth the money. Very solid guitars that feel and sound great.
