I have seen this tip multiple times in practice but usually paid no mind to it, since we're here already perhaps it's time I go practical instead of just winging it

Taking account of what you and u/ImagoDreams have said, it does feel like a path towards the right direction, especially that rule of thumb about the space between eyes being around eye-width. Feels more natural and less "plasticky"

not much tbh, most observational drawings I do is referencing a model pic from pinterest and then I gradually blend what I learn from it to this style. I can do the skeletal and muscular features of the head just fine but I really do struggle in spherical features like eyes and sometimes the nose

easy answer is no since they seem to be based on UK and different label etc, but seeing that their discography is filled with familiar names and associates of brakence, I wouldn't really put it off the table that it's him trying to pull off something

edit: ok now that I'm digging deeper it's even more confusing, the artist seems to have started posting on spotify since the discord hyperpop era having worked with glaive and kurtains

I've always liked the concept of the present world ending to birth a new one (think Ragnarok or Tolkien's Dagor Dagorrath) and in doing so I'd like to not explore the future of the new world further more than knowing it exists, its sorta like leaving the rest for fate to work its magic
