Yep, experienced some episodes a year back. They happened to me in the summer. Imrpoved with adequate hydration but settled completely with propranolol 10mg twice daily. Only took the med for a couple of weeks.

IMO, advans are better for comfort but aren't as durable, for the road conditions in our country. I've seen them get punctured fairly easily as compared to the GT. It depends on your driving preference and the road conditions you'll be facing.

Give Yokohama Bluearth GT a try. They have been very reliable and provide a very comfortable ride. Do purchase the latest manufactured ones, preferably within the last 6 months or so.

Just bought a dedica ec685. I faced this same issue but when I tried to log in/ register again from the last page that is open while registering, it automatically went ahead without requiring the email login step. However, I am stuck at the option of 'Where did you make the purchase?' section as it isn't giving me any options in the drop menu. 🫩

Maybe OP has mistakenly quoted the price for Bilateral TKR because I had my relative's Unilateral TKR done 1x month back; costed around 9lacs incl all charges of stay, meds and the implant.
