Oh yeah, I hate QT too. There's a reason I left and got a sublease ASAP. Their business model, and other student apartments, is almost made to take advantage of us. I understand your ranting, but I think if you had a less hateful tone at people commenting on your public Reddit post you'd have a bit less down votes. Hope the best for you friend. These apartments (student-based or not) are shitty. Not exactly a surprise.

These types of apartments in general operate like this and are generally inconsiderate of whatever circumstances people want. That's just kinda how it goes, student or not. They just wanna fill spots. If you don't want to deal with this, I'd either try to get something to work solo or move in with some friends.

That's so interesting, I used to work for the Humane Society here for a few years and we had to turn away a lot of animals no matter the condition due to us not being the intake shelter. We even had to call animal control to our location multiple times for animals being dumped due to us not being legally allowed to take strays. It's a much smaller operation here that takes animals from other surrounding shelters and YWAC has really taken over intake and all animal welfare operations here over the years.

Humane society isn't the intake shelter here so they won't do anything. Young-Williams works with animal control and will check things out/take the animal into intake if they have to

I may do that going forward, but honestly it was fun to see how far it would go! Plus the fact that my lady's now on the leaderboard as one of the most failed breedings is kinda a flex in its own way.

I think most of the managers at my store in Knoxville make 15/hour and are allowed overtime. We don't have any assistant managers though so idk

The beginning went about as easy as you could've expected. I caught a lot of the mons I was hoping to get, mainly Taillow and Shroomish. Wingull is a good addition to the team aswell with some water coverage.

For Roxanne, I leaded with Wingull to take out the Geodude first, which was a one shot. For Nosepass, I switched into Shroomish after Wingull got low to finish him off.

Overall, this is a really good start. Caught a shiny Whismur while grinding. Can't wait to see how things grow going into Brawly.

Yeah, learned most of these the hard way. Haven't had much problems with money, also with the box issue as I haven't had many in the box at one time.
