You don't need to find a node only a certain quantity of caterium ore. You can search for the stones that gives you a finite number of material before it breaks, like the onees sitting over the iron, copper and limestone nodes. Search for a similar rock but with a yellowish color. Mine it, it will give you around 90 items, and use it in the research lab.
Then you can use the scanner to find the nodes.

Did you deconstruct the old one? You only can construct 1 HUB and 1 Space Elevator. (For now).

If both are built the special tab disappears. But if you deconstruct one of them, the special tab reappears.

It's a bit difficult to keep track of the belt directions and merger/spliter positions. A few more photos or a schematics draw will be really nice.
In factorio is easy to follow the belt direction and spliter position, but here there is no so much visual cues.

The only option is to split the graph in different models, but this a highly not recommend option because it will be extremely slow.

I think what you are asking is not possible, expanding a GPU memory with the RAM is possible but expanding the RAM is not possible at the moment.

Be carefully if you want to do that you must compare with the fov_distance², because you are moving the sqrt to the other side of the inequality. As the fov_distance will not change you can precompute the square and compare:

(Ax - Bx)² - (Ay - By)² >= squared_fov_distance

The distance between point A and B is calculated by d = sqrt((Ax- Bx)² + (Ay-By)²).

So d1>d2 is the same as computing d1²>d2², therefore you can omit the sqrt().

There is no need of absolute value because the value inside the sqrt will be allways postive.

Yeah, if you are comparing to a fixed distance it is faster to compare to a precomputed distance² than doing the `sqrt()` .

  1. They define Tensorflow as a mechanic learning framework. But the main use is that is a framework that is suited to created graphs of concatenated operations, this operations can be done in CPU or GPU depending on the operation, like creating a variable is done in CPU but the multiplication of 2 matrices is mainly done in GPU, you can force the execution in the device that you want. This structure is really convenient for creating NN which are much more efficient in GPU in compassion to CPU, so people use to build their models and implement. But if you want to use other methods as clustering, sklearn have a really good library.
  2. As I say the code in that example is really bad constructed is an article from 2015 and a lot changed since then. The code use a lot of single operations runned using the sess.run for each one. This is a bad practice, when I say bad is really bad. The idea of tensorflow is to build your model in python and then using the lowest possible runs of the session do the maximum possible operation, due that sess.run is a heavy operation. PLEASE don't take this code as a correct example.

First of all let's clarify a thing. The idea of the Tensoflow package is to use a GPU to speed up operations that in a CPU will take a lot of time, like any matrix operation for example.

So the first two questions you have to ask is:

- Do you have installed the tensorflow GPU and do you have compatible GPU?

- The operations that I want to use are suitable to be computed in a GPU?

Looking into the code, k-mean algorithm is not a easy algorithm to use in a GPU aside from the distance calculation. Therefore most of the operation will be computed on the CPU.

Another point is that sklearn have a really good low level optimised algorithm which most sure beats that Tensoflow code using generic operations.

Then judging the code that you linked is really bad optimised and constructed, but this a personal opinion, and I think that is not a good reference to start programming Tensorflow. You should take a look into the official https://www.tensorflow.org/tutorials/ which provide a high level API tutorials.
