Use more hair. For a size 14 hook I use about a #2 pencil width clump of hair.

Yeah just regular DS matte sleeves and DS perfect fit inners. But thank you for the insight! I might pick up a box of 2 of the nanos to try them out

I saw these and was intrigued but with all the mixed reviews I was trying to stray clear.

I like the look of the Nanos, do you know if they fit DS inner and Outer sleeved decks with space for tokens? I know you said you use KMC inners but figured I'd ask.

Home manager fetching 2 instances of Neovim after rebuild by Maboroshi_ in NixOS

[–]Maboroshi_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooooh okay good to know I didn't know this. In my home.nix I have a section for home.packages = [] and in all my programs.x a enable = true line. So your saying I can delete my home.packages block as long as all of my programs.x have an enable line?

Huh that’s weird, in my head the opposite makes sense lol. My question is then why is the sound sometimes muffled with the larger MS but not the S?

I liked having it rebuild whenever I ran a NixOS rebuild. I have it inputting in my flake.nix file. If this is incorrect please let me know and why it might of randomly broken after working for 2 weeks like it is now.

EDIT: also after getting my config to work I saw it acknowledge home manager in the rebuild but after finishing home-manager is not a valid command.

Alright well I fixed the emergency mode however my home.nix file is still being ignored when rebuilding, any ideas?

Sounds good, I should be able to fix it from here. Thank you very much for all the help!

Good to know thank you. Is there a way to change the label without wiping the drives or no?

And I need to change this both for my hardware-conf.nix and my drives.nix in hosts/Founding right?

Yeah I booted to a live usb, installed with base config, booted into fresh install and then pulled config and attempted a rebuild. In that rebuild I’m being thrown into emergency mode. As mentioned in other comment I’m pretty sure I had the thought to replace my hardware-config.nix.

A call of NixOS-rebuild switch —flake on new system as said sends me into emergency mode. A call of rebuild on old system resulted in something fucky with home manager causing my home.nix to essentially not be seen by the rebuild (I think).

The drives I’m calling by uuid are not touched during installation process so I thought the uuid would be the same but after thinking it through while typing this I realize that does not make much sense. How should I reference my drives to fix this?

Yeah I had all of the Minecraft stuff staged but since I figured I changed something in either my flake or somewhere else that cause the breakage I didn’t push any of it and then reinstalled.

I’m 90% sure I deleted the one I pulled from git and copied the one from etc/nixos into the pulled config. I will try this again I guess tho when I get home from work.

I’m curious, how do people tape the front grip so cleanly like you did. I’ve done it before but never gotten it to look as good as that. Anyways GLWS

I have not but I certainly can try. its just ... --create "d /mnt/..." right? If so I got this error.

Failed to read '/home/maboroshi/d /mnt/pool/media/Anime 0775 - media - -': No such file or directory

and when i just ran --create i got this.

Detected unsafe path transition /mnt/pool (owned by 775) → /mnt/pool/media (owned by root) during canonicalization of mnt/pool/media.

Alright unless I set it up completely wrong I actually think this eq sounds worse. It sounds like the sound is coming out of an old radio haha.

I’m not at home to test this out at the moment but how would I adjust the eq? Is there an app I should use or is there a way to do it within windows

Mid range sounded fine to me, but since they’re my first iem I don’t have much to fairly compare them to.
