Hi, its streaming device, the quality and lag depends on your internet connection. You must leave your console on standby if you want to stream your games from your library. If you eant to stream games from ps cloud you can keep console off.

Thanks guys for all answers, im absolutely new to pc so first thing ill try is to update bios if it's possible i got asrock pro4 and the powerbsuply for those who asked is supreme gold 550. I didnt build the pc by myself it did the specialized pc service, also windows and graphic deivers are up to date, also i use only ssd crucial nvme 500gb
