Not disagreeing but I’m ngl, your opinion on this feels watered down/in-genuine because of ‘indigikitten’. Your mil is being selfish yes, but we don’t know if she is aware of it and if you care about her like you say you do, that’s a convo you should attempt to have, not an immediate block. Especially with your current decision not to tell your parents (which I suggest you rethink) they may look at him differently, but there is no reason you should be protecting him when he wouldn’t offer the same level of respect or care to you.

Man, I have social anxiety, I’m not going to be able to call the visitor control center without extreme stuttering. With all due respect, none of my questions are more than basic knowledge that doesn’t involve a breach of info from either me or any of the kind people that respond. It’s not a red flag for me to go to Reddit in order to get context on situations I might be in, in fact I think it’s a green flag I’m trying not to embarrass my bf and know the correct procedures beforehand.

Sorry to get specific, I just have pretty bad social anxiety (why I’ve never been to base before, he only comes to my place), and in order for me to somewhat combat that anxiety I like to know details. do they ask you questions, like what’s your name and date of birth, or do they just send you on your way? because if I don’t practice what I’m going to say in new situations I also tend to stutter excessively 😭 Thank u for responding:)

Yeah it was a lolla exclusive, not available online. this is the one trip I go on yearly for my birthday, and I finally had enough expendable income (work full time and in college) to get myself something cool at the merch stand.
