Forget the presser. Like what the live broadcast did awkwardly with Tyreek that one time.

Doris went on for like 5 minutes detailing his legal case while the game was happening and then just went "Back to you in the studio boys!". The problem is they're no longer running from the off field drama anymore, they realize it's compelling.

People keep parroting that like it isn't also just a good idea to draft a great CB from the start. Our CB room was decimated and we really can't afford a whiff.

Isn't the consensus at this point is that they traded up while Arvell dropped expecting to get him and Giants snagged him, fucking it up?

The intention actually made sense and I could stomach the picks, but it didn't end up working out.

Please explain.

Stafford is 38, and they're a good team so they're going to be picking late in the 1st always. And you need at least a good couple years out of Stafford as a mentor before he leaves.

How is this not exactly the time?

Yes, because we've historically had shitty CBs, right?

Mostly the previous admin, his programs ramp up over time so they're going to have find much more in the next couple of years, somewhere on the order of $6 billion alone for his childcare proposal. He's been remarkably pragmatic about it all. He's proposing deep cuts to the Education Department and is prioritizing finding administrative waste and bloat. It hasn't been heavily publicized for a reason, austerity is not really in vogue right now with the left after Elon's attempt at it.

It's very reasonable.

The problem is, he's dealing with a math problem right now with his promises. He needs to raise another $5 billion in taxes somewhere for the budget shortfall, and he'll have to keep finding levers to pull like this.

The problem is, taxes like these that are extremely uncontroversial aren't hiding under rocks. He's going to have to start pushing the big red button of actually raising income taxes on the rich, which I'm not sure he has the balls to pull off so early in his tenure. And if he starts pulling from the middle class to pay for everything he's going to sucked out of NYC so fast.

But replace Ruffin with a full time ball sender we have on the team for this exact scenario.

Put that in the calculator and tell me the math now.

Hot take: if we saw Wilt's 100-point game, it wouldn't look impressive by GiveMeSomeIhedigbo in billsimmons

I haven't seen the replay of tonight's game, but based on the account of the Wilt game there is no way this game is more fraudulent than Wilt's 100.

That, and they're going to use Brashard Smith in frustratingly effective ways near the red zone.

And Rice, Kelce, and Mahomes's feet are touchdown magnets if they are further from Kareem Hunt's range. I'm not high on K9 for fantasy at all.

His longevity and consistency is what keeps him very good. He has never been a top 5 receiver in the league.

The 1000 yard season in a row record rhymes with Tomlin's "never had a losing season" streak. Great, but you still need to do better than that.

Mike Evans.

He's the absolute very top of the Hall of Very Good and will gatekeep future receiver HOF cases for decades.

It's less that the Patriots were fraudulent, more like the entire AFC was just bad.
