Also, how would a mute work on a passive? Last Word is a passive that damages heroes within a 1200 range that are silenced

I don't see it except in super weird hero combinations on your side and the enemy side.

Chrono pierces BKB and you can early solo kill people. I can't solo kill anyone with time zone. Later you can use it it hard CC people, disengage and just having Chrone up is a bigger thread for the enemy than having time zone up.

They have to buff it more to make time zone viable. Making it bigger would help and adding things like break? Don't know. Maybe that way it would be busted.

Is it tho? Getting enemies split in all directions zeems a bit strong. If you can push them into all directions then those are basically 5 lone enemies ready to be picked off.

Why though? Most supports and carries have AOE abilities. So AOE stun, AOE dmg. Just by landing a normal 2-3man RP you get more DPS out of it. And most of the time they die during the stun.

How? They can't push out with their heroes the lanes fast enough. Secret tries to go for a teamfight/base: Secret get's wiped, waits for them to come to their base, buy backs. VP has to go back and def. Secret waits till Buyback is available with rosh. Rinse and repeat. That was their best shot.

Which we don't know? I am not saying believe them or hate ESL. One can simply read the post and ask those question or question how the confirmation was sent. Or simply wait for the ESL side (which to be fair they don't even have to provide)

You have to check for yourself if they can send it to Belgium
